About me...
I strongly believe that every single person has the capability to live a life free from anxiety, excessive worry and emotional overwhelm, and that everyone has the inner resources they need to create the changes they want in their life.
I believe all of the above to be true because I have experienced first-hand the hugely positive impact Hypnotherapy can have. Having suffered with anxiety for as long as I can remember, I let it hold me back for years and I thought I was just destined to be ‘one of those anxious people’.
I now know this to be untrue. I now know that we all get to choose how we function, and I choose to be free from anxiety.
